FlagMag Tournament: In January, 2010, Play Sports Hawaii sent 4 teams (808 Boyz - 9&under, Warriors - 9&under, Na Ali'i - 11&under and Imua 11&under) to Las Vegas to Compete in the Flag Mag National Championship Tournament.
All 4 teams ended up playing each other in the Championship game with Imua beating the National Championship team to get there.
In our First Tournament ever, Both 808 Boyz and Na Ali'i walked away with Championship wins.
It was an amazing experience for all the kids who had alot of fun along the way. Fun included going to Circus Circus Adventure Dome Park, a surprise stretch SUV Limo ride down the strip, movies, bowling and many trips to the hotel's arcade.
Play Sports Hawaii is very proud of all the players who competed and who were also recognized by Governor Lingle and Lt. Governor Aiona in a special ceremony.
This experience also created a special bond amongst the teams and parents and for most, a start of life long friendships.
