MUST READ information for EVERYONE playing in the SMYFFL ELITE leage
As we approach our in-person registration phase, there will be two things necessary to be registered with the SMYFFL ELITE league.
#1 - A COPY of every players birth certificate will be required regardless of previous seasons played in the SMYFFL.
#2 - A signed ELITE waiver form to be completed by every player's parent or legal guardian.
It is imperative that these two pieces of documentation be submitted to the league at the time of registration. ELITE coaches should have both of these forms in their possession at the time they register the team. Failure to supply BOTH forms required, will result in the ineligibility to play in the league.
