Shipping Information
Please see below for shipping timelines:
- EXPRESS SHIPPING (Overnight or 2nd day air)
[these are additional expenses you as the customer will incur] - Orders must be received by 11AM EST. If order are not received by 11AM EST, orders will be filled and shipped the following business day.
- GROUND SHIPPING
[Each league/club season qualifies for 2 Free UPS Ground Shipments. All others will be at the league organizers expense]- Orders will be shipped no later than 48 hours (2 business days) from when the order was received.
- After the order has shipped, you should receive the order in 3 – 7 business days.
To expedite all orders, please double-check all address details. Please note that UPS does not ship to post office boxes. NO PO BOX addresses for shipping.
Please see below for jersey exchange policy:
- JERSEY EXCHANGES
- You must submit a request through the HELP DESK if you wish to make an exchange.
- NFL FLAG will send you a form that you must fill out and then ship back with your jerseys in order for your exchange to be processed.
- ONE exchange per season ONLY.
- Maximum of 10 jerseys allowed for exchange per season in new, unworn condition.
- $20 exchange fee for restocking, processing and return shipping costs. League organizer is responsible for this cost.
- League organizer must ship jerseys back to Boxer & Stone and must include the exchange paperwork provided.
- Orders will be processed when received, and will be returned to the customer within 6-8 business days.
- Return shipments are via UPS Ground ONLY, no Express shipping will be used.
